Refraction is a Hungarian heavy metal band from Cegléd, Budapest. The band was formed in 2007 by vocalist Gyula Górnagy, who remains the only original member of the band. Its current lineup comprises Górnagy, lead guitarist Gergő Nagypál, Bassist Zoltán Tűri, and drummer Peter Bokor. They are experimenting with elements of groove metal and alternative metal genres.
